Investor Warning – Broker scam Apollo Finances and MGX Consalt Group
The Apollo Finances broker scam is allegedly operated by MGX Consalt Group Ltd, registered in the Marshall Islands. At least, that is what the scam claims on its web pages. The payment processor PayTechno of the Israeli Asaf Itzak Rubin, which facilitates the scam, also lists this offshore company as a merchant. We also discovered iPayTotal and NeoBanQ as payment processors. The scam is miserably done; stay far away and keep your money.
Investor Attention – Austrian Regulator warns against Finotive
We have warned against the Finotive broker scam (www.finotive.net) twice before. Following FinTelegram, the Austrian FMA issued an investor warning against it. VT Group Ltd in Cyprus allegedly operates the scam. We identified Harmonte Group LLC in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as a co-operator registered with PayTechno as a merchant. As a payment gateway, we again have PayBox (a/k/a BoxiPay) with PayTechno, PayCent, iPayTotal, and NeoBanq. Some scams die hard.
Fraudulent BitQT campaign chasing victims for Finexico scam facilitated by Paytechno et al
A new email in our junk folder from firstname.lastname@example.org. It leads us first again to the already well-known fake article on LPONLINE or TopOnTechBiz. From there, we move on to the fraudulent BitQT campaign on Amazing Offers and Bitcoin Revolution to the broker scam Finexico, which was until recently operated as Finexics and Finotive by Harmonte Group LLC, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and SLN Development LTD in Cyprus. This network operates white label scams on the running bank. We have already reported about it.
Update – RocketChart broker scam facilitated by PayTechno and iPayTotal
Fighting scammers and their facilitators is tought. The RocketChart scammers filed a copyright infringement report with Google and want the URL removed from Google Search results. The article would have previously appeared on the site www.write.as. For sure, FinTelegram wrote the warning. Our legal representatives have already taken the appropriate action. To us, it shows that the reports hit the scammers.
Update PayTechno – Beneficial owner from Israel, another platform, and Bulgarian offices
We are really excited to be able to rely on our loyal whistleblowers. Therefore, we have received some important information in response to our Request 4 Information (R4I). Based on KYC data, we can establish that scam-facilitating PayTechno OÜ is controlled by Israeli Asaf Izhak Rubin as its beneficial owner. Besides, we have received information about the high-risk payment Gateway ironically branded as "The Best Gateway" offering payment gateway services for high-risk online merchants. The office of the group seems to be in Sofia, Bulgaria.
R4I – Scam-facilitating licensed Estonian crypto payment processor PayTechno
We already know Igor Torsin. Don't we? Among them is PayTechno OÜ, supervised by the FIU with license number FVT000151. The company was registered in May 2018 and operates two domains www.cryptopaytech.com and www.paytechno.com. The latter is one of the worst scam-facilitators as a crypto payment processor. We would like to know more.
Estonian Compliance Issue – The Estonian lawyer Igor Torsin and Eesti Firma

Among these are also some that operate as scam facilitators - PayTechno or Steveyx d/b/a Venus Exchange. Evidently, he is the frontman for getting and maintaining the FIU license. We learned that Torsin is a lawyer working in Tallinn, Estonia, at Eesti Firma OÜ, a company builder specialized in crypto licenses, among other things.
Estonian compliance issue – who is Igor Torsin or about the responsibility of nominee directors
Being the director of nine regulated financial institutions? Really? Yes! It is known that cybercrime organization and their scams work with nominee directors. Sometimes they want to hide behind them, and sometimes they are needed to get licenses and bank accounts. The latter is apparently the case with Igor Torsin, who, according to our records, works as a director in nine Estonian crypto companies. All nine are FIU-licensed crypto payment processors, and some of them are involved in scams and supporting them with their services.

As payment processors of the scam, we have discovered iPayTotal, PayTechNo, and CryptoPayIn, operated by the licensed Estonian Navasu OÜ. The very same scammers operate Investingstate as the Broker Unity a/k/a BrokerUnity (www.brokerunity.com) and Interactive Trade (www.interactivetrade.com) scams.
