Investor Warning – MaxiPlus broker scam promoted by fraudulent BitQT campaign

Spread financial intelligence

We have noticed that via the fraudulent BitQT marketing campaign, the broker scam MaxiPlus (http://www.maxiplus.trade and http://www.maxitrade.cc) is being promoted. The scam is allegedly operated by the already known Seabreeze Partners Ltd, Commonwealth of Dominica. The scam’s boiler room agents attack clients in Russian, Spanish, English, and German languages. As payment processors, we discovered the XPayz (http://www.xpayz.net) cashier, via which you can lose your money using credit and debit cards as well as cryptocurrencies. The scam is poorly done and easily recognizable. Stay far away.

The offshore entity Seabreeze Partners has also operated the InvestFlow (a/k/a Invest Flow) scam against which Spanish regulator CNMV has warned (report here). The Italian regulator Consob has warned against Seabreeze Partners in connection with the ProfitAssist scam and ordered the blackout of their website (report here). These offshore companies like Seabreeze Partners and their websites come and go. The boiler rooms and marketing agencies behind them stay and continue to attack consumers and small investors with ever new scam brands all the time. Stay very cautious.
